With a fresh new look for the Asda Foundation, they have looked at the way we give back to organisations in the community to make it as rewarding and simple to use as possible! They have brought this new look to to thier Green Token Giving for nominating, voting for and giving back to local organisations. Each year they invest over £1.2 million, in over 5,000 charities and good causes throughout the UK around our stores. It’s important that they support the right people, and who better to choose local causes than the people who live in the area around our stores? We were delighted that Peter Robinson was successful in getting Asda to choose The Duke of Wellington’s Regimnent Memorial Appeal fund and we finished second in their green token scheme.
